The shorter of the two with blue jeans on is Liberty Hound (DPCS,Billie C. Cabbage, USN, Ret. The taller one is RPM (ENC Mike Bartik, USN, Ret). The occasion was a visit by RPM to Wash. D.C. area to visit his son. He was able to visit Liberty Hound and Mrs. C. for coffee.
