The United States Navy National Chief Petty Officers' Association (CPOA) is a non-profit organization that unites active duty, retired, and honorary Navy Chiefs — E-7 through E-9 — in a common bond of fellowship and service. Founded by Chiefs, for Chiefs, it is the national voice for the Chief Petty Officer community.

Vision: "To be the unified voice and central home for all United States Navy Chief Petty Officers — preserving our heritage, strengthening our fellowship, and advocating for the Chiefs' Mess at every level of service and community."

• Heritage — Preserves the naval values, history, and traditions of the Chief Petty Officer corps that have stood since April 1, 1893.
• Fellowship & Mentorship — Strengthens the Mess through connection across active, reserve, FTS, and retired members; fosters professional development for Chiefs at every stage of their career.
• Advocacy — Represents the interests of Chief Petty Officers and their families before Congress, the Department of the Navy, and the broader naval community.
• Community Engagement — Supports charitable, educational, and community programs that reflect the values of the CPO corps across the Fleet.

Membership is open to all United States Navy Chief Petty Officers — active duty, reserve, FTS, and retired — as well as honorary members. Whether you're on sea duty, ashore, or well past your terminal leave date, the CPOA is your home.
