The United States Navy National Chief Petty Officers' Association (CPOA) is a non-profit organization that unites active duty, retired, and honorary Navy Chiefs โ E-7 through E-9 โ in a common bond of fellowship and service. Founded by Chiefs, for Chiefs, it is the national voice for the Chief Petty Officer community.

What the Association Does
- Heritage โ Preserves the naval values, history, and traditions of the Chief Petty Officer corps that have stood since April 1, 1893.
- Fellowship & Mentorship โ Strengthens the Mess through connection across active, reserve, FTS, and retired members; fosters professional development for Chiefs at every stage of their career.
- Advocacy โ Represents the interests of Chief Petty Officers and their families before Congress, the Department of the Navy, and the broader naval community.
- Community Engagement โ Supports charitable, educational, and community programs that reflect the values of the CPO corps across the Fleet.
Membership
Membership is open to all United States Navy Chief Petty Officers โ active duty, reserve, FTS, and retired โ as well as honorary members. Whether you're on sea duty, ashore, or well past your terminal leave date, the CPOA is your home.
