From July 2009 to June 2012, she served as Leading Petty Officer and Senior Enlisted Leader‘s Assistant at Naval Medical Center San Diego, Balboa for the Directorate of Clinical Services Section (DCSS), overseeing the Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy and Physical Therapy departments. She served as primary cardholder for the DCSS administration division in addition to her other administrative duties. She led the department in creating a command level TCCC training program for command deployers and local units which was covered by local news media and local government agencies. LSC also streamlined the evaluation and ranking system for the DCSS Chief’s Mess, enabling ranking boards to be expeditious and eliminate unneeded paperwork and time.

From July 2012 to July 2016, she served as Leading Chief Petty Officer, Leading Petty Officer and Primary Cardholder/Warrant holder for Naval Special Warfare Unit 10, stationed in Stuttgart, Germany. She earned her Expeditionary Warfare Device and was Junior Sailor of the Quarter and Year for 2013, and Sailor of the Quarter for 2014, 2015, and 2016. She ensured her Supply Department earned “Outstanding” results on 3 Echelon III government credit card program inspections, 2 high value property inspections, and one Navy-wide FIAR equipment inspection. She deployed in March 2013 to Malawi, Africa in support of Epic Guardian 13 as the Field Ordering Officer, in charge of accounting for a $10,000.00 budget used during the training to purchase supplies and services locally. She was the MWR Secretary for FY13/14 and president for FY15, implementing procedures for fundraisers and command events, including food sales, Easter, Halloween and Christmas parties and ticket sales for local events.

From July 2016 to September 2019, she served as an Instructor and Course Supervisor for the LS “A” School Block 0 and Block 1 curriculum. She led her team in the implementation of new Ready Relevant Learning Block style training, with the successful completion/graduation of over 2,000 students. She also served as the MWR president for FY 16/17/18 and as a command SAPR Victim Advocate. She was the NTTC SOQ for 1 st QTR FY 17 and SOQ for 4 th QTR FY 18. She earned her Master Training Specialist and Mentor designation. She was directly in charge of 4 active duty members and 4 civilian contractors.

From September 2019 to Present, FAIRECONRON FOUR in Oklahoma city, OK is where she calls home. She served as the Material Control Leading Petty Officer, leading 16 Sailors in the ordering, issuing, receiving and expediting NMCS/PMCS, PRI 4 and PRI 11 documents in support of 8 E-6B aircraft and 9 workcenters. She also managed the command OPTAR budget, was a GCPC holder, and was the Sailor 360 Coordinator, SAPR Victim Advocate, FCPOA Secretary, and Navy Ball Secretary. In 2021, she was promoted to the paygrade of Chief Petty Officer and currently serves as the MATCON Divisional Leading Chief Petty Officer.

LSC Williams’ personal awards include 3 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, 1 Flag Letter of Commendation, 1 Letter of Commendation, 2 Meritorious Unit Campaign awards, 1 Military Outstanding Volunteer Medal, and 2 Navy Commendation Medals. She earned 1 Junior Sailor of the Quarter, 1 Junior Sailor of the Year, and 5 Sailor of the Quarter awards. She is designated as an Expeditionary Warfare Specialist, Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist and a Master Training Specialist. She is married to Corey Williams, a former Navy Sailor, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They have two children together, Elsa (10) and Warren (4). She has completed her Associates in Business Administration from Excelsior College and has completed 3 USMAP certifications.
