Comments: A fellow Senior Chief was called home. Senior Chief Jeffrey Owen passed away on March 11th, 2017. He always promoted the Navy through the Sea Cadets, President of Cleveland CPO, belonged to numerous Veteran groups. He had a strong Navy Family with his wife a retired Chief and a daughter an active duty Lt.JG. He had 3 beautiful daughters and a loving wife. He always wore his uniform with pride and mentored countless sailors with warmth and respect. Senior Chief Jeff Owen will be missed by all.
